Support CCA Academy
CCA is supported by state, federal and private donor support, including both individual contributions and corporate and foundation gifts. This funding mix ensures CCA’s capacity to provide a well-rounded continuum of services that promote student achievement. We currently have the following needs for our campaign “CCA Academy: Growing Our Future”:
Parking Lot ——————————- $ 200,000
32 space sustainable parking lot with trees, shrubs, and a water retention system for aquaponics and gardening
Garden Development ——————-$ 300,000
Two classroom gardens and ten produce gardens. Fencing and clearing the land are the greatest costs.
Purchase of church, rectory, and two room school house to expand current programs. Renovations to meet school codes.
Tutoring: academic and counseling/mentoring
Gardening: designing; planting and harvesting; landscaping; building accessible pathways, hoop beds, or vertical grow systems; donation of materials and supplies (gardening and aquaponics)
Career Explorations: career exploration workshops, job shadowing, or company tours
Annual Benefit: serve on committee, donations for auctions, printing invitations, hosting friend raisers, sponsoring students
This year’s benefit will be held at Maggiano’s, (516 North Clark) on Sunday, March 3rd from noon to 4:00pm
We are grateful for the many contributions and grants from the many individuals who support CCA Academy through our annual giving efforts, including the Annual Benefit, and also from the following organizations that help to make dreams come true for our students.
